Job Description

Quality & Reliability engineer - Mechanical Engineer

a. Responsible to perform for the overall daily administrative & test operations of the laboratory. It includes review of service requests and ensure test plans generated are to meet the test requirements. Review of test data & report, respond to customer enquires and other tasks as necessary.

b. Responsible for performing activities in a manner that meets requirements of Motorola & laboratory policies, standards & regulatory certification requirements, Quality Manual and related laboratory procedures.

c. Discuss and work with customers when there is doubt in test request requirements or if test items do not conform to the description provided, and provide advice / guidance as necessary.

d. Assist the laboratory Quality Manager / appropriate Technical Manager in the handling of quality issues / technical issues as necessary.

e. Assist in laboratory internal audits, management system reviews, complaint handling & resolution, nonconformance resolution, control of records, and laboratory improvement activities as necessary.

f. 2 to 4 years in quality and reliability engineering field.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
