Your new responsibilities

• Establish Project-Specific Reliability equipment, setup and operation such as burn in system, chamber and measurement system according project timeline.
• Responsible for overall Front End (FE) Reliability (REL) requests measurements, REL operation (Reliability biasing test measurement system, reporting) related issue, resources management and improvement to ensure reliability test conducted per requirement.
• Responsible for overall REL lab equipment (Burn in system, Measurement) installation, setup and daily operation, spare part and consumable management, maintenance/calibration to ensure that the equipment are performed in accordance to international standards timely manner. Laboratory physical and schedule waste disposition management.
• To support New product Reliability readiness which include product understanding (requirement profile), customer requirement understanding, Involvement in Printed Circuit Board (PCB) design for reliability burn in, burn in method and develop measurement programs for reliability testing, author and sustain work instruction.
• Support Front End (FE) reliability testing for qualifications, production process improvement, task force and ORT (On going Reliability test) which include Reliability data and results analysis, update of test status and publishing of reliability reports.
• Involvement in laboratory sustaining activities provide technical advice and guidance to REL technicians.
• Maintaining and continual improvement of REL operation to ensure its efficiency, compliance, cost efficiency and promote positive and productive, continuous-learning lab atmosphere.

What we look for

• Bachelor\'s Degree in Physics, Chemistry, Engineering (Electronics/Electrical/Materials) or higher.
• At least with 5 years working experience in Reliability Engineering preferrably in Optical Semiconductor or related field.
• Knowledge and experience in Reliability statistics, burn in method, testing requirement and REL equipment engineering.
• Experience in large scale projects is highly beneficial.
• Knowledge in Frontend (FE) technology and processing will be an advantage.
• Knowledge in Optical Semiconductors Reliability Engineering.
• Highly organized, self-driven way of working.
• Excellent presentation, supervisory and multitasking skills.
• Experience with Quality tools such as FMEA, 8D is beneficial.
• Fluent English is mandatory (written and spoken); German is beneficial.
