Do you love gaming and excel at helping others? Use your bilingual skills in Mandarin and English to support players across the globe from the comfort of your home! We're building our team for a top mobile gaming company and are looking for stellar communicators and problem-solvers.

Deliver high-quality customer service to players using live chat and email. Solve player issues by following procedures and using your own judgment. Work with multiple computer systems at the same time to manage support requests. Communicate in a professional, clear, and helpful manner at all times.

Requirements:

Full professional fluency in both Mandarin and English (spoken and written). A language test will be given. Previous customer service experience is required, specifically using live chat and email. Comfortable using technology and able to learn new software quickly. Must be able to work independently from home with a dedicated workspace. Must have your own reliable laptop and a stable internet connection. Available to work on a rotating schedule that includes night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
