Role Overview:

Seeking a

dynamic and enterprising Educator cum Operator

to support the market entry and future centre operations in Malaysia. This is a unique opportunity for individuals who enjoy both

business development and education

-- someone who can help set up a new centre, build connections, and later transition into a leadership and teaching role once operations begin.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Singapore Director in conducting market research on the education landscape in Malaysia. Support the setup of operations and facilities for the Kuala Lumpur centre. Identify potential partners, suppliers, and community contacts to establish brand presence. Teach enrichment classes for students aged 5 to 12 years old, ensure engaging, high-quality lesson delivery using in-house training and teaching materials. Manage the day-to-day operations of the Kuala Lumpur centre, including scheduling, parent communications, and staff coordination. Maintain smooth communication between the Malaysia centre and Singapore headquarters. Ensure compliance with brand standards and uphold the company's education philosophy.

Requirements:

Strong interest in

Mathematics and working with children

. Enterprising and resourceful, comfortable with new setups, multitasking, and problem-solving. Sociable, confident, and able to engage effectively with customers and suppliers. Proficient in

both English and Mandarin

(spoken and written). Familiarity with the

Malaysian primary mathematics syllabus

. Prior experience in

business setup, operations, or education

is highly advantageous.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
