Iskandar Puteri, Johor, Malaysia

Work Schedule:



This is a

part-time hybrid role

with one

work-from-home weekday

and a required

on-site half-day every Saturday morning.

Saturday (Half Day) - On-Site in Iskandar Puteri (Customer Support)

What You'll Do



Weekday (Remote) - Marketing Coordination



Your duties will include (but are not limited to) the following:

Support the Managers and team in developing and executing marketing strategies aligned with business goals. Plan and assist in rollouts for new sites, programs, events, and campaigns. Manage the company's brand image and consistency across all marketing materials and channels. Oversee social media presence and create engaging content for online platforms and newsletters. Conduct market research and analyze customer insights to guide marketing initiatives. Coordinate with external partners, vendors, and event organizers as needed. Track and report on marketing and event performance.

Saturday (On-Site) - Client Support



Welcome and assist families during swim sessions. Handle walk-in queries, rescheduling, or general customer support. Coordinate with coaches for class setup and smooth session flow. Capture client insights and feedback for improvement. Represent our brand with professionalism and warmth.

What We're Looking For



Experience & Skills



2-3 years of experience in marketing coordination, admin, or customer support. Fluent in English - written and spoken. Confident handling communication via phone, WhatsApp, and email. Tech-savvy -- experienced with Google Workspace, Canva, and social media tools. Strong organizational and time management skills. Able to work independently and handle both online and in-person tasks. Excellent interpersonal skills and a professional manner. Must have a reliable laptop/computer, high-speed internet, and headset. Based in or willing to travel to

Iskandar Puteri every Saturday.
