Telesales/Sales Development Consultants
. In this role, you will be responsible for
promoting our products/services over the phone, engaging potential customers, and closing sales deals
. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and a passion for exceeding sales targets.
Requirements:
Proven experience in telemarketing, telesales, or a related sales role preferred.
Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade customers over the phone.
Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Highly driven individual and result-oriented to hit KPIs.
Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce our products/services and set appointments for sales team.
Proficient in lead generation and perform cold calling.
Build rapport with customers and actively listen to their needs to offer tailored solutions.
Effectively communicate product/service features, benefits, and pricing.
Identify and qualify sales opportunities to achieve weekly/monthly appointment set targets.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
