This role is pivotal in driving the success of our platform through effective management of day-to-day rental operations and user support. Responsibilities: Manage and monitor the day-to-day operations of our platform rental services, ensuring seamless functionality and user satisfaction. Oversee daily rental transactions, ensuring accuracy in documentation and adherence to technical specifications. Provide prompt and efficient technical assistance to users, contributing to a positive customer success experience. Optimize and automate the rental operational process to enhance efficiency and user experience. Act as a bridge between users and the IT team, providing valuable feedback for ongoing UI/UX improvements. Requirements: Deep passion for start-up culture and technology. High energy, organizational prowess, independence, and quick learning ability. Possess an innate curiosity and a desire to unravel and comprehend problem statements, regardless of their complexity. Self-motivated and capable of working autonomously in a dynamic environment with minimal instruction. Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills. Chinese speaking will be a bonus!
