Job Summary

The Repacking Assistant supports the retail team by repacking pastry and baking ingredients into smaller, customer-ready units. This role ensures accuracy, cleanliness, and consistency in all repacked products while maintaining high standards of food safety and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Repack pastry ingredients (e.g., flour, sugar, nuts, toppings, mixes) into designated SKUs and unit sizes. Weigh, label, and seal products accurately according to company standards. Ensure repacked items match correct UOM, batch numbers, and expiry dates. Maintain a clean, organised, and hygienic repacking area at all times. Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety procedures (e.g., PPE use). Assist with stock movement, replenishment, and simple inventory updates. Report low stock levels, quality issues, or packing inconsistencies to the supervisor. Support general retail operations when required.

Requirements

Minimum SPM or equivalent. Ability to handle repetitive tasks with accuracy and attention to detail. Physically able to stand for long periods and carry light to moderate loads. Basic understanding of hygiene and food safety (training will be provided). Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn. Prior repacking or warehouse experience is an added advantage.

Working Conditions

Clean and temperature-controlled repacking zone within our retail outlet. Standard working hours, Monday to Saturday. Training provided on product handling, weighing equipment, and packing standards.

Pay: RM1,700.00 per month
