Repair Cum Maintenance Technician (mandarin Speaker)
Job Description
Job Responsibility Inspecting facilities in stores and office to identify any issues. Repairing faulty equipment and damaged structures. Developing and implementing preventative maintenance procedures. Planning and scheduling repairs. Conducting periodic quality checks on equipment to guarantee the optimal performance of all facilities. Performing general maintenance tasks including painting and carpentry. Helping develop and implement the budget for the maintenance department. Maintaining the inventory records for equipment and supplies. Performs other duties as assigned. Job Requirements A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role. Possesses own transport and is able to travel as and when required. Good knowledge of electrical current and drainage systems. Good understanding of general maintenance procedures and techniques. Carpentry ability to handle basic repairs in workplace (office and store outlets). Interpersonal skills to interact with employees of the outlets in a pleasant manner. Physically capable and available to work overtime including weekends and public holidays. Effective problem-solving abilities. Physical stamina to handle a full shift of being active and working in workplace. Must be well-organized and have the ability to prioritize tasks.
