Functional Responsibility & Duties . Review the reason and condition of the removed components from aircraft and engines. . Identify components that are unserviceable and the work scope required for the repair of the components . Participate in evaluation and selection of vendors and services on the basis of the ability to meet the requirements of the repair of components as well as company requirements including the quality system and regulatory requirements . Work and negotiate with repair vendors, subcontractors and other related service providers for the repairs of the unserviceable components . Ensure repair orders are issued and approved in accordance to the requirements of the repair, and that the repaired and serviceable components are serviced in accordance to the repair orders. . Review any warranty requirement and submit accordingly . Review monthly reports with the repair vendors and service providers, as well as the strip reports of the serviced components . Participate in the evaluation of the key performance indicators of repair vendors and service providers . Work together with the Reliability team to review any trend on component removals on the fleet and provide input that could lead to improvements to the reliability of components. . Participate in review of repairs with customers and prepare reports as required by customers. . Interface with users to understand needs and deliver continuous value, and a high level of customer service . Deliver the needs of any other tasks as instructed and relevant to the role and the Repair Team Role Responsibility . Supervised work of his/her subordinate and ensure given task delivered accordingly . Act as the voice of Component and Warehouse Services - Repair department . Strengthen Asia Digital Engineering brand image and customer advocacy . Promote Asia Digital Engineering\'s culture and values within the organization and externally . Be due diligent, ensure completeness, accuracy and timely delivery of actions . Strive for excellence in execution of responsibilities and duties Qualifications . Possess a recognized Bachelor Degree, preferably in engineering field . Minimum 3 years of working experience in Engineering Department . Experience with AMOS systems is preferable . Good negotiation and commercial thinking skills . Able to prioritize, focus, persevere, manage time well and aim to deliver from start to finish (good project management skills), while being tolerant and having patience with people . Detail oriented, creative, analytical and good with numbers and analysis tools (MS-Excel /Google Sheet) . Positive with self and others, good in relationship management and able to influence others . Have integrity, ethical, respectful and service minded able to collaborate with others from different cultures with different values, excellent in providing customer service and stakeholder management . Confident, self-initiator, great coordinator and able to adopt change . Able to network with others, be a team player curious and strive for learning & self development .
