Role & Responsibility : Manage PRSV and hospital slot for program engine Manage engine removal plan Find a suitable/nearest slot available for non program engine, not to exceed preservation Technical review (engine trend monitoring Low EGT, LLP) Evaluate work scoping, GTA/NTE agreement . Compile induction documents (RO, AD, SB, LLP List, Parts List, NIS, Oil Consumption) Review work scope, get approval and signature - Incoming missing parts review Part/Material replacement proposal review - Table inspection - Progress monitoring Target release date monitoring (lead to operational planning, QEC shop planning) Scrapped parts review - possibility to salvage the parts . Arrange logistically of the release/receive engines/ship loose item (post engine release) . Shop visit report, relay to respective AOC . Some require CFM confirmation of root cause . - Liase with PPC/tech rep, logistic ensure spare engine, engine stand, tools, open item list availability on site Any robbing/reissue parts to support operation/RTS aircraft, need to get SDS, AR, ARC, GRN before warehouse to release Ensure availability of paperwork, DFP (lead to TR to provide the induction document) Route invoices for approval for non program engines, NTE agreement (50% after first invoice, 50% before redelivery, 100% over & above) Full registration process for new MRO Forecasting total of engine release, evaluate suitable ESN matching the timeline Ensure spare engine availability Weekly engine status Manage engine stand status/location - for better traceability/logistic Manage engine stand repair Arrange logistically to support operation Manage engine storage space Manage on the strip and build up ESN Ensure the timeline of strip and b/up engine match the SV slot and operation requirement Induction documents (SO, NIS, AD, SB, preservation DFP, open item list) Assist on loaning tooling from other MRO be there any hiccup Assist on to get SDS for rotable parts from the strip engines that to be transferred to b/up engine Planning for storage procedure (different SO) Review final invoices, compare with the WIC, before route to AOC\'s approval We are all different - one talent to another - that is how we rely on our differences.
