Please visit Responsibilities:
The role of Repair & Refurbishment Engineer / Snr.Technician is to actively run the Repair & Refurbishment Center in Penang. This role is highly technical and problem-solving oriented. With good technical skill levels, this function will cover 100% of in-house repairs by himself/herself with support from production - external refurbishments, will be coordinated and processed by buyers and suppliers.

• Coordination of workload at the Repair & Refurbishment area.
• Inspect incoming goods and Refurbish as per requirements.
• Manage the inventory of returned parts frequently.
• Coordinate the refurbishment parts, which needs to be done via production or suppliers.
• Work with Planner to monitor the performance of Refurbishment Center by tracking KPIs.
• Monitor the stock levels of refurbished parts together with BNS Service Coordinator.

Qualifications:
Degree In Engineering with Minimum 3 years of hands-on assembly and troubleshooting experience;
Or Diploma In Engineering with Minimum 5 years of hands-on assembly and troubleshooting experience.

• Work independently, strong team player, detail oriented, organized, and hands-on
• Basic computer skills
• Mechanical and Electrical troubleshooting skills
• Experience with SAP is a plus
