Position: Repair Specialist Location: Sepang, Selangor, Malaysia Tenure: 1 year contract renewable basis Salary: Rm 2800 \xe2\x80\x93 Rm6500 (Depending on Experience) Working Hour: Standard working hour Key Responsibilities \xc2\xb7 Management of open repair orders dispatched from various warehouses located worldwide to Suppliers based in Asia, Europe and USA \xc2\xb7 In charge of a portfolio of Suppliers through daily follow-ups, regular conference calls, weekly reviews, and on-site Suppliers visits \xc2\xb7 Control that the Suppliers are able to return the units within the agreed timeframe; analyze reasons of delays if any, and propose process improvements where required \xc2\xb7 Review and validate/challenge quotations received from the Suppliers, and ensure the contract terms are respected \xc2\xb7 Review and validate/reject Standard Exchange, Advance Standard Exchange and Loan offers \xc2\xb7 Manage quarantines on parts returned from shop when applicable, analyze and report recurrent issues \xc2\xb7 Accurately update the data into the IT systems commonly used within FHS \xc2\xb7 Provide precise information on the parts status and statistics of operational events to stakeholders, based on your Suppliers portfolio \xc2\xb7 Prioritize AOG and Critical customer\xe2\x80\x99s requests attributed to your Repair Orders \xc2\xb7 Engage and coordinate with the other FHS functions whenever necessary \xc2\xb7 Monitor and mentor, the subcontractors supporting our daily administrative tasks \xc2\xb7 Upkeep and live by Airbus Values, Leadership Model and Code of Conduct.
