Support ad-hoc Sales or Business analytics to aid decision-making process using supporting data. Lead cross-functional projects and build consensus within internal and external stakeholders to implement new or enhanced services, changes to business models and process improvement and efficiencies. Analyze, document, and implement business processes, workflows and business system enhancements. Preferred Skills & Knowledge: Bachelor's Degree or Professional Degree in Finance, Sales & Marketing, Business or related field. At least 8 years of relevant experience in operations, sales and/ or marketing within semiconductor industry. Strong analytic and quantitative skills, ability to determine trends and propose solutions in improving sales velocity and efficiencies. Advanced critical thinking and excellent understanding of standard business practices related to Sales Operations processes and systems (CRM applications, analytics, and reporting). Effective organizational, problem-solving skills with a high attention and time management skills. Superb oral and written communication, with ability to handle and protect confidential information.
