The Reports Analyst is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining reports and dashboards-preferably using Power BI-to support data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role transforms complex data into clear, actionable visualizations, enabling teams to monitor progress and achieve their goals.
Additionally, the Reports Analyst will develop and implement a workforce management model to optimize resource allocation for the Claims team, ensuring efficient operations and improved performance.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Analyze data and provide actionable insights and recommendations to support business strategies and operational improvements.
  • Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to monitor key metrics and performance indicators.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and customize analytical solutions accordingly.
  • Develop and implement a workforce management model to enhance workload distribution and efficiency within the Claims team.
  • Train and support team members in effectively using reports and dashboards.
  • Communicate findings regularly with stakeholders and incorporate feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure the accuracy and reliability of all reports and data.
  • Produce ad hoc reports as requested by management or other teams to address specific business questions.
Qualifications:
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with statistical analysis methods and data mining techniques (preferred).
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience as a Reporting Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
  • Understanding of database management and data warehousing principles.
  • Experience in Claims Insurance is preferred
