Reporting Accountant Manager (SG, TH, and KR) About the role Midlevel finance reporting role responsible for the delivery of effective and efficient finance transactional processes, financial reporting in line with IFRS, local tax and stats requirement and ensuring the controls in line with the Group Finance Manual, Minimum Acceptable Practices (MAPs) and Sarbanes Oxley requirements. A result-driven and confident personnel who manages and improves country / cluster financial performance and direct accounting operations delivering the services to stakeholders and cluster controllers expectations with positive customer feedback. Responsibilities \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible for team\'s performance and ensure delivering to deliver to the stakeholders expectations. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure that transactions are documented, in compliance with group standards (including the Minimum Acceptable Practices) and, where relevant, Sarbanes Oxley requirements \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible for high quality, timely reporting for group and statutory purposes and providing ad-hoc analysis and decision support to the business \xe2\x80\xa2 Participation in the annual Budgeting and quarterly Forecasting cycles utilizing Hyperion (SNHFM) and SAP or MS AX \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure controls are implemented and adhered to in line with Risk and Control Matrices (RACMs) (SOX & MAPs) and wider S&N policies including the Group Finance Manual \xe2\x80\xa2 Motivate and develop staff align with S&N Finance and GBS career models. Manage staff planning and performance management for the RTR teams. Develop capabilities to meet the changing needs of Finance Operations Minimum requirements \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in Finance Controllership/R2R operations with minimum 6-8 years work experience and have excellent domain expertise in Reporting and Control & Compliance process. \xe2\x80\xa2 Education: Certified Accountant or equivalent \xe2\x80\xa2 Licenses/ Certifications: CA / CMA / CPA / ACCA or equivalent Preferred requirements \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience of SAP / Hyperion / TM1 / Cognos. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong technical accounting knowledge, hands on experience in control and compliance environment with flair of IFRS reporting \xe2\x80\xa2 Preference to have local language skills to work in SOASIA cluster \xe2\x80\xa2 Working knowledge and application of SOX control frameworks. \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience of transition and transformation to an offshore Captive or BPO Transactional Finance operation.
