As a Reporting Financial Analyst within the Global Finance Controllership Team, you will play a key role in delivering accurate financial reporting, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining strong internal controls. You will support centralized finance functions through journal entries, account analysis, and assessments of foreign currency exposure. A major part of the role includes reconciling reports across multiple systems, identifying the root causes of discrepancies, and implementing corrective actions. You will also contribute to process simplification, operational improvements, and effective collaboration with internal stakeholders.
Essential Responsibilities
Ensure accurate financial reporting in compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards.
Reconcile financial reports across various systems, investigate discrepancies, and implement solutions.
Prepare and post manual journal entries and manage assigned accounts according to approved account guidelines.
Perform monthly and quarterly analysis of key account components and movements.
Support the treasury team by analyzing foreign currency exposure and contributing to hedging decisions.
Track and complete tasks related to broader Global Finance Organization functions.
Contribute to process simplification and drive operational excellence initiatives.
Partner with internal stakeholders to support centralized reporting and finance activities.
Execute additional closing and reporting tasks assigned by the team lead.
