We are looking for a detail-oriented Reporting Quality Executive to ensure the accuracy and professionalism of our reports. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for formatting, alignment, and overall presentation, contributing to the quality of our deliverables.

? Work Mode: Work From Office
? Role: Reporting Quality Executive (to ensure report's appropriate format, alignment & typo-free)

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, edit, and format project reports, ensuring timely delivery.
• Create and maintain project Gantt charts to track progress and timelines.
• Assist with project-related communication with clients and internal teams.
• Collaborate with the global project administration team to ensure smooth report coordination.
• Support ad-hoc tasks and special project assignments as needed.
• Ensure compliance with the company's HSE policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail with excellent English communication skills.
• Good document formatting and presentation skills.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (intermediate level).
• Experience with LibreOffice is an added advantage.
• Able to multitask, prioritise work, and perform well in a fast-paced environment.
• Independent, proactive, and practical in solving problems.
