: Huntsman Global Business Services is now looking for a dynamic individual as a Reporting Services Specialist in our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) group at our global hub located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This role is integral in advancing the way we work as a company. Your work is immediately impactful throughout the organization to an audience that includes our CEO, CFO and leaders throughout our organization. The focus of this position will be supporting the various division and functional groups in enterprise-wide monthly reporting, analysis, and planning. The ideal candidate must possess strong business acumen and a dynamic personality as this position interacts with business teams on multiple fronts to drive accurate, efficient, and timely reporting. Knowledge of business and financial concepts is desired to improve the reporting process. This position requires strong financial systems capabilities a quick and independent learner interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management. The ideal candidate will be located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. As a Reporting Services Specialist , you will: Drive continuous improvement and efficiencies through developing, automating, and maintaining reports and processes (primarily using SAP Hana & Web Intelligence, Alteryx workflows, Power BI, Power Automate, IBM Planning Analytics, etc.) Support TM1 / IBM Planning Analytics (FP&A financial reporting system) to meet reporting needs Collaborate closely with various business and functional stakeholders globally to deliver insightful and accurate reports and analysis to suit their reporting needs Prepare monthly and quarterly executive management reports and dashboards critical to facilitate quality decision-making Extract and analyze data from company\'s ERP, database and data warehouse using SAP ECC, SAP HANA, TM1 / IBM Planning Analytics, MS Excel, and other tools Support report creation, migration, analysis, automation and scheduling activities for key stakeholders globally, across divisions and functions Monitor, troubleshoot report automation / scheduling structure Support as needed on special projects / process improvements What skills and experiences are we looking for Bachelor\'s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science or related study 3+ years of related working experience Proactive individuals with ability to work in dynamic and fast-paced environment Must have aptitude towards technology and strong analytical skills Must be detail oriented and able to master a large breadth of information Experience with TM1 / IBM Planning Analytics / SAP Web Intelligence / Power BI / Alteryx workflows is a plus Financial Reporting Systems experience is a plus What can we offer Huntsman offers unsurpassed opportunities to build a successful future.
