About the role

AP Corporate Solutions Research aims to deliver relevant, insightful and forward-looking thought leadership on major trends impacting JLL\xe2\x80\x99s corporate clients. We are seeking an experienced researcher who will provide crucial support for regional and global corporate research initiatives.

Collaboration

Liaise with regional and local market research, and regional capital markets research to identify synergies and opportunities to collaborate around research projects.

Business Engagement

Work closely with the marketing team to develop compelling research-led content strategies and maximize the reach and relevance of research deliverables for our internal and external audiences.

Education

A bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree, with at least 2 years of work experience, preferably in the field of market research or in a professional services firm. Real estate experience a plus, but not required.

Effective Communicator

Excellent communication & collaboration skills; comfortable with working globally and remotely. Strong analytical skills and writing ability (in English) is essential.

Meticulous

Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders at varying levels of seniority. Proven ability in understanding, gathering, analysing and interpreting data. Good knowledge of business fundamentals. Strong attention to detail.

Statistical Proficiency

Proficient in MS Excel, and other MS Office applications; proficiency in SPSS or other statistical packages a plus. Prior work on qualitative or quantitative surveys a plus. Able to work independently.
