Job Description

We are hiring a

Researcher

to assist with academic and strategic research tasks. This includes literature reviews, structured note-taking, writing support, and developing simplified frameworks. The ideal candidate is someone analytical, independent, and committed to high standards -- able to support ongoing academic work behind the scenes while meeting deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct

literature reviews

using academic databases (Scopus, Google Scholar, WoS) Summarize academic articles and organize content into bullet points or frameworks Produce simplified visual models, conceptual frameworks, or tables Draft and edit research notes, briefs, and professional documents Maintain referencing accuracy using tools like

Zotero or Mendeley

Prepare documentation, version tracking, and data organization in shared drives Attend virtual briefings and align on weekly deliverables

Requirements

Fresh graduate are welcomed Minimum

Bachelor's Degree

(Data Science, Informatics, Business, or relevant field) Strong

academic writing and summarization skills

Familiarity with academic research styles (APA, Harvard, etc.) Proficient in Google Docs, Sheets, and research/reference tools Able to

work independently

, meet deadlines, and deliver quality outputs Fluent in English (Bahasa Melayu is a plus)

Preferred (Bonus) Skills

Experience supporting

PhD research or academic writing

Attention to detail and strong data organization ability
