• Lab activity planning and execution including analytical experiments, sensory evaluations as per the guidance
• Contribute to study and project plans.
• Participate in development of new products and formulation processes, as well as optimizing existing products and processes.
• Evaluate the trial results as per the SOP, analyzing data and draw scientific conclusions.
• Develop SOP for new test method and contribute for the lab development.
• Completed analyses, record data and report outcomes in a timely manner.
• Share the project information and conclusion with the team.
• Maintaining lab instruments and equipment, calibrating equipment according to guideline
• Ensure a safe working environment at all times.

Potentially relevant experience:

• Bsc, MSc./ Food Science / Technology or related subjects
• Experience in Baking application, food lab R&D is an added advantage
• Experience in analytical experiments and handling instrumentations (HPLC) is preferrable
• Good English communication and writing skills
• Able to work independently as well as in a team
