• At least a bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree, preferably in:

• Economics
• Finance
• Law
• Political Science
• Sociology
• Urban Planning
• Strong command of English - strong English writing and communication skills.
• Willing team player.
• Strong critical thinking ability.
• Very comfortable in having conversations with strangers.
• Prior working experience (part time/ freelance included) will give you an advantage.

What you\'ll be doing on the jobContent creation

• Conduct research and analysis on specific topics, which would be used to create content for industry talks, ad-hoc research publications and proposals.
• These topics include but are not limited to :

• Demographic trends
• Economics
• Property
• Retail
• Consumer Behaviour
• Create white papers and/ or presentation decks, which involves:

• Writing
• Data visualisation
• Data storytelling
• Track and analyse the data trends regularly for new insights and to update content.

Proposal development

• Participate in meetings with prospects to understand their needs prior to proposal development.
• Conduct necessary background research on the topic/ site/ issue.
• Liaise with vendors and other business partners.
• Liaise with research operations team and company management to decide on scope and fees.
• Produce the proposals (in PowerPoint or Word format).

Event organising and management (seasonal)

• Liaise with vendors, venue providers, potential sponsors, potential partners etc.
• Produce and distribute marketing content.

Administration

• Data entry/ tracking of sales efforts.
• Record and produce meeting minutes.
• And other necessary administrative tasks to support the efforts listed in Areas No. 1, 2 and 3.
