The opportunity

As Senior Manager of Research & Content, you will lead the team in providing business research and analytics support to the stakeholders by utilizing internal and external information sources. You are responsible in analysing specific economics, industry and market segments, identify arising issues and trends, developing thought leadership publications, driving and executing business strategy publication, content creation and format.

Your responsibilities

As the Senior Manager of Research & Content, you will be responsible to:

• Head research projects and lead the design, analysis and implementation based from the research findings to support organisation in meeting strategic direction and key goals through fresh content strategies and ideas
• Produce thought leadership publications, point-of-views, economics, industry, market and issue-based papers
• Create market alerts and conduct public presentations for the organisation
• Produce business research contents and provide market insights through industry trends for business development proposal and business sharing purposes
• Lead and inspire the development of the team and ensure optimal support to business across multiple channels

To qualify for the role you must have

• A graduate qualification
• 10 to 15 years of working experience in research capacity or in diverse consultancy practices
• Experience in strategy or consulting as well as research and development within higher education institution will be useful

Ideally, you\'ll also have

• Strong in conducting data surveys and analysis to provide trends assessment and conclusive inferences
• Deep local knowledge on Malaysian corporate industry, economy and market landscape
