Due to rapid expansion, they are seeking a Research & Development Engineer.Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing and improving products, spearheading new developments, and managing cost-down projects.
  • Timely preparation of PoP samples for HVC.
  • Assisting production in failure analysis and providing effective solutions.
  • Optimizing yield and ensuring product specifications pre-production.
  • Developing, debugging, and testing with a focus on end product validation.
  • Investigating material and process change releases, and conducting Life & Reliability testing.
  • Evaluating and implementing Ratio projects.
  • Enforcing 5S, Safety, and Environmental standards.
  • Additional tasks as assigned by superiors.
Skills & Experience Required:
  • Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronic/Physics) or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years in manufacturing or related academic field.
  • Advantageous to have knowledge of electro-mechanical components or Microsoft Office/Minitab.
  • Fresh Graduates with the relvant Degree disciplines are welcome to apply.
