1. Conduct research and development activities to optimize the formulation of the wound care plaster, including selection of appropriate polymers, additives, and active ingredients. 2. Collaborate with external partners, including academic institutions, suppliers, and contract manufacturers to accelerate the product development process. 3. Lead preclinical studies to assess the safety and efficacy of the wound care plaster in relevant animal models. 4. Analyze data generated from experiments and prepare technical reports to support regulatory submissions and intellectual property filings. 5. Stay abreast of industry trends and scientific advancements in wound care and related fields, and apply this knowledge to drive product innovation and differentiation. 6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders and customers to ensure that the wound care plaster meets their needs and expectations. 7. Participate in cross-functional teams to ensure successful transfer of the wound care plaster from R&D to manufacturing and commercialization.
