Communicate with guest, bookers, travel agents and inter- department colleagues on room reservation related matters, i.e room requirements, special request, billing instructions, payment collection etc
Ensure prompt and accurate responses to all incoming correspondence pertaining to room reservation
Process room reservation with utmost accuracy, attention to details and speed
Responsibilities
Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level
Required language(s): Good spoken and written communication abilities in Bahasa Malaysia and English, Mandarin is an added advantage
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Non-Executives specializing in Hotel Management/Tourism Services or equivalent.
Able to work independently and with minimum supervision
Pleasant with positive attitude
Passion for customer-oriented job/customer service /hospitality industry
Good computer literacy with knowledge in Hotel Property Management System especially Opera, Microsoft Excel and Word
Team player, pleasant personality with positive attitude and possesses good working ethics
Willing to work on weekends and Public Holiday and on shift between 9.00 am to 7.00 pm
