Job Description


  • Communicate with guest, bookers, travel agents and inter- department colleagues on room reservation related matters, i.e room requirements, special request, billing instructions, payment collection etc
  • Ensure prompt and accurate responses to all incoming correspondence pertaining to room reservation
  • Process room reservation with utmost accuracy, attention to details and speed
Responsibilities
  • Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level
  • Required language(s): Good spoken and written communication abilities in Bahasa Malaysia and English, Mandarin is an added advantage
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Non-Executives specializing in Hotel Management/Tourism Services or equivalent.
  • Able to work independently and with minimum supervision
  • Pleasant with positive attitude
  • Passion for customer-oriented job/customer service /hospitality industry
  • Good computer literacy with knowledge in Hotel Property Management System especially Opera, Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Team player, pleasant personality with positive attitude and possesses good working ethics
  • Willing to work on weekends and Public Holiday and on shift between 9.00 am to 7.00 pm
