Job Description
Are you passionate about guest satisfaction and have a keen eye for detail? We're looking for a dedicated Reservation Assistant to join our dynamic team and support the Reservations Department in ensuring seamless booking experiences and exceptional guest service at our luxury hotel.
Location: i-City, Shah Alam
Working Days: 6 days per week
Job description:
Handle individual and group reservation inquiries promptly via phone, email, and online platforms. Accurately process bookings, amendments, and cancellations in the hotel system. Support the Reservation Executive in monitoring room inventory, rates, and promotions. Coordinate with Sales, Front Office, and Housekeeping to ensure guest requests are met. Respond professionally to guest correspondence and special requests. Promote room upgrades and hotel services to optimize revenue. Maintain accurate records and ensure all procedures meet hotel standards. Perform other duties as assigned by the Reservation Executive or Manager.
Requirements
:Diploma or Certificate in Hotel Management or related field. Minimum 1 year of experience in Front Office or Reservations preferred (fresh graduates are welcome to apply). Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel property management systems. Experience in managing corporate accounts, group bookings, or VIP clients. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (additional languages are an advantage). Customer-oriented, organized, and attentive to details.
