Supervise/Oversee architectural works at site, monitor site progress, issue Site Memo/ NCR.
To ensure that the project is constructed in accordance with the Architect\xe2\x80\x99s drawings/ specifications and assist in coordinating the consultant\xe2\x80\x99s drawings and highlight discrepancies if any
Conduct regular inspections and ensure all works are complete with good workmanship and meet the standards set.
Attend all site meetings and technical meetings are directed by the Architect.
To ensure that the Contractor adheres to all site Health and Safety Requirements imposed by the relevant Authorities.
To verify and sigh off the Stage Completion Verification Form upon completion of works.
