Job Description

1. Act as the conduit between OSAT[Externa] and Internal Team to address operational issue to minimize disruption to product supply chain.
2. Provide lot disposition and work with OSAT and Internal team on long term solution.
3. Provide clear and concise communication to stakeholders issue escalation and resolution on a timely manner.
4. Work with OSAT to identify rootcause / corrective action for Customer return and test feedback.
5. Monitor key performance index at OSAT and drive for improvement.
6. Support the Best Know Method / Practice fan out activities.
7. Review and coordinate PCN activities at OSAT
