Job Description

a) Provide resident care to achieve customer satisfaction. It is achieved by:
\xc2\xb7 Attending to resident needs or queries promptly
\xc2\xb7Provide assistance with activities of daily living of such as feeding, cleaning, patient positioning, back care and etc.
\xc2\xb7 To provide emotional support and guidance b) To ensure safe, clean and efficient working environment by being
\xc2\xb7 Responsible for tidying and maintaining cleanliness of the resident care home at all times
\xc2\xb7 Ensure all resources are in functioning order.
\xc2\xb7 To perform effective planning, provision and maintenance of resources
\xc2\xb7 To attend courses/ lectures relevant to job performance and development
\xc2\xb7 Reduce wastage
\xc2\xb7 To check inventory of equipment and report any issues ie. faulty equipment, stock issues and etc. Clinical knowledge or experience in caring for seniors is added advantage Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: From RM2,000.00 per month Benefits:
