Resident Competent Electrical Engineer (manager)

Job Description
Our client, a leader in the Chemical industry is currently looking for a Competent Electrical Engineer (Manager) to lead the O&M of all the electrical distribution systems at the site.
- Acts as a Resident Competent Electrical Engineer and managing a team of Engineers & Chargeman
- Operations & maintenance of electrical distribution system for the plant
- Work closely with other cross functional stakeholders to coordinate plant turnaround activities
- Leading all troubleshooting activities of electrical equipment
- Communicate expectations, measure and assess employee performance, provide coaching and development opportunities
- Responsible for planning, evaluating, organizing and implementing installation, maintenance and repair activities
- Acts as a liaison officer between the site and Energy Commision
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
Possess Professional Engineer certification
Proven track record in leading a team
Strong communication skills and stakeholder management skills
Experience in a petrochemical or oil & gas manufacturing environment will be an added advantage
