Key Responsibilities

Clinical Duties

Provide safe, ethical, and evidence-based medical care Conduct consultations, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up Maintain accurate medical records and documentation Ensure compliance with medical and clinic SOPs

Sales & Growth Responsibilities

Actively promote clinic services, health packages, and preventive care plans Educate patients on value-based treatments and long-term health solutions Identify opportunities to increase consultation value ethically Contribute ideas to improve patient retention and repeat visits Work closely with management to improve clinic performance and revenue Participate in outreach & clinic marketing initiatives (health talks, campaigns, content, etc.)

Who We're Looking For

Fully registered Medical Officer with MMC, completed 2 year compulsory KKM service

Strong exposure or background in O&G cases

Team player with leadership potential Possesses a

growth mindset

-- not just "makan gaji" Sales-driven with strong communication and persuasion skills Comfortable recommending treatments

based on patient needs & value

Proactive, responsible, and takes ownership of clinic performance Willing to learn basic business, marketing, and sales strategies Team player with leadership potential

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
