ALLIS WELL Sdn Bhd is seeking a passionate and dedicated Resident Doctor to join our team in Johor Bahru, Johor. As a Resident Doctor, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive primary healthcare services to our patients. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work within a supportive and collaborative environment, contributing to the overall health and wellbeing of the local community.
What you'll be doing
Conducting thorough medical examinations and consultations with patients of all ages
Diagnosing and treating a wide range of medical conditions and illnesses
Prescribing appropriate medications and treatments, and monitoring patient progress
Providing preventive healthcare advice and promoting healthy lifestyle choices
Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation
Participating in continuous professional development to stay abreast of the latest medical advancements
What we're looking for
Fully registered as a medical practitioner with the Malaysian Medical Council (MMC)
At least 2 years of experience in a general practice or primary care setting
Strong clinical skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and colleagues
A compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with the ability to communicate effectively in these languages
