Job Description

You will be responsible for monitoring systems and coordinating with customers and internal teams to ensure services are delivered according to the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA).

Job Responsibilities

Assist Operation Manager and engineers in daily project support activities, including basic planning, implementation, coordination, and monitoring of services to meet SLA requirements. Provide first-level (L1) technical support and assist in troubleshooting system, network, or service-related issues. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of system and procedures. Prepare regular reports on timely basis. To carry out other duties or responsibilities assigned from time to time. Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients. Take initiative to continuously improve support services provided to customers.

Job Requirement:

Diploma in ICT, Information Technology, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related fields. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Basic understanding of networking, hardware, and software systems. Related working experience in broadcast, IPTV/OTT, wireless broadband or network telecommunication industry. Those with CCNA, TCP/IP, SNMP or other network technology / cloud technology will be an added advantage. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Team player. Self-motivated and love to help customers to solve technical problems. Willing to work in a shift-based / 24x7 support environment. Willing to work in Cyberjaya
