About the role \xef\x82\xa7 Responsible to maintain network service by monitoring, and housekeeping equipment at the customer site and to restore network service by troubleshooting, repairing, or swapping equipment at the customer site. You will play an important role in \xef\x82\xa7 Stationed at customer site. \xef\x82\xa7 To work on daily basis with customer to provide fault diagnosis, repair, and maintenance service on range of network products. \xef\x82\xa7 Cooperate with team members to ensure professionalism and efficiency. \xef\x82\xa7 Oversee customer day-to-day IT network operation and provide support, maintenance, and troubleshooting of network equipment. \xef\x82\xa7 Update and maintain all current and future documentation for network management work activities. \xef\x82\xa7 Coordinate, supervise and liaise with 3rd party vendors external providers and other IT personnel for problem resolution. \xef\x82\xa7 Undertake other job function as and when assigned from time to time. \xef\x82\xa7 Provide Level-2/3 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues Skills and Competencies \xef\x82\xa7 Minimal a bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology. \xef\x82\xa7 Good communication skills - both written and verbal. \xef\x82\xa7 Analytic, problem solving and business relationship skills. \xef\x82\xa7 Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and task demands effectively.
