JOB VACANCY - Resident Engineer
Work location: Kuala Lumpur
Starting date: IMMEDIATELY
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Key duties/ responsibilities
Design, implement, install, deploy and configure network devices Diagnose network performance problems Provide Level 2/ 3 support network issues Troubleshoot and configure network infrastructure which includes routing, switching, LAN/ WAN, firewall, IPS, VPN, IPVPN, etc Reporting network status to customers Ability to handle high-pressure situations and maintain professional demeanor
Job Requirements
Qualification: Diploma/ Degree in Computer Science (Network) or equivalent. Proficiency in Malay/ English Excellent oral and written communication skills A minimum of 2-3 years in a network engineering role Hands on experience in network devices Possess CCNA / CCNP would be an added advantage
