\xe2\x80\xa2 Be accountable for the quality of site construction and installation work on Instrumentation and Control system. \xe2\x80\xa2 Lead the site supervision team on the SCADA/PLC and instrumentation installation and commissioning works and other ICA works in Waterworks project. \xe2\x80\xa2 Lead advisory role to Client in ICA work throughout project execution and during Testing & Commissioning \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist CRE on all Process instrumentation, control and automation site issues and supporting critical defects and punch lists rectification works \xe2\x80\xa2 Reviewing and approving of technical submissions by Contractors. \xe2\x80\xa2 Verifying work done and payment on ICA works \xe2\x80\xa2 Involvement in contract-related matters on the project. Attendance in meetings, discussions with clients, contractors and to lead in technical and progress discussions \xe2\x80\xa2 Witnessing Factory Acceptance Test, Site Acceptance Tests etc. \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitoring progress of ICA works done by contractors and ensuring adherence to project schedule \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensuring site team\xe2\x80\x99s safety compliance \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitor and enforce strict site permit-to-work system for ICA works \xe2\x80\xa2 Minimum Degree in Electrical Engineering \xe2\x80\xa2 Degree must be recognized by Board of Engineers, Malaysia and obtained a valid CIDB Green card \xe2\x80\xa2 Minimum 10 years relevant experience in I&C works, preferably in Water / Waste Water industry or industrial plant \xe2\x80\xa2 Good supervisory skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Good command of English
