\xc2\xb7 Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration

\xc2\xb7 Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem

\xc2\xb7 Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g. software developers)

\xc2\xb7 Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers

\xc2\xb7 Ensure all issues are properly logged

\xc2\xb7 Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time

\xc2\xb7 Follow up with clients to ensure their IT systems are fully functional after troubleshooting

\xc2\xb7 Prepare accurate and timely reports

\xc2\xb7 Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals

\xc2\xb7 Maintain jovial relationships with clients

\xc2\xb7 Minimum of 2-3 years relevant experience in an IT environment preferably with good knowledge of Microsoft Windows platform.

\xc2\xb7 Relational Database Management System (MSSQL, MYSQL,Oracle etc)

\xc2\xb7 Window infrastructure service (DNS,DHCP,WINS)

\xc2\xb7 Clustering the system in virtualization Technology (VMware vSphere or Hyperv)

\xc2\xb7 Milestone VMS Video Management Software and video analytic software

\xc2\xb7 Good knowledge in IT troubleshooting and root cause analysis.

\xc2\xb7 Good understanding and knowledge in Linux Operation & troubleshooting.

\xc2\xb7 Knowledge in DELL system solution will have an advantage.

\xc2\xb7 Has experience in operating mobile virtual network operator (MVNO) environment or Virtual Network Function (VNF) is plus advantage.

\xc2\xb7 Is client-centric and passionate in achieving clients\' satisfaction per call and achieving/exceeding SLA.

\xc2\xb7 Ability to manage demanding clients professionally.

\xc2\xb7 Has excellent scheduling and multi-tasking skills.

\xc2\xb7 Is reliable and independent; able to work well under pressure and make decisions.

\xc2\xb7 Is detailed and process oriented.

\xc2\xb7 Advanced ability to gather, monitor and document data.

\xc2\xb7 Required language(s): Bahasa & English

\xc2\xb7 Must be willing to work on rotational shift on a 24x7 basis.
