Job Responsibilities Administering, supervising, documenting and reporting on contractual works, progress and cost. Coordinating with consultants and contractors as to prepare and interpretation of plans and specifications. Reporting to his superior eg PM/VP on the activities on site such as construction problem, progress, quality, etc. Distributing and delegating scopes to his subordinate eg clerk-of-works. Ensuring contractors\' compliance with contract, plans, specifications, regulations and standards. Monitoring and ensuring the construction works schedules are maintained and advising in progress billing of each stage of works done. Supporting in administrating works program, claims, variations, progress payments and contract records. Coordinating and communicating effectively with all parties involved eg Client, Consultants and Contractors. Keeping all test record or documents such as as-built drawing, method of statements, shop drawing, etc. Attending various meeting inclusive site meeting, technical meeting, sub-contractor meeting, etc and coordinating all site issues. Requirements Degree in Civil and Structural Engineering or with higher academic qualification. With minimum 8 years working experience in construction site as resident staff who supervises the works. Able to liaise with both Consultants and Contractor for all construction related issues and to report to client its progress in regular basis. Candidate with knowledge in architecture and M&E will be an advantage.
