Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Telecommunication or related field Minimum 3 - 5 years working experience in network and security such as firewall operations and/or firewall projects, VPN and routing. Applicants must possess a

Fortinet NSE4 certification or higher.

Must be able to travel to 3 different location in Klang Valley as and when required. This position are for 1 year contract and can be renewed upon expiration

To provide technical support for the devices during day-to-day operation and project implementation (if any). To act as subject matter expert and point of contact for communication, accountability, and escalation paths on Level 3 support basis. In the event of support issue, Resident Engineer would be able to coordinate with the principal to expedite the resolution of the issues Proactive monitoring of overall system performance, perform frequent health checks and generate report on monthly basis. Make recommendations to enhance business effectiveness applying best practices Analyze data to diagnose and identify root causes to network issues. To recommend best practices for device maintenance, fine-tuning and optimization. To perform corrective actions and finetuning on existing devices whenever required. To provide on-going mentoring and products knowledge transfer and documentation with architecture, installation, and configuration of the products implemented in the company. Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
