JOB DESCRIPTION:


to attend to all technical site meeting with Client/Consultant/Contractor monitor and report on progress of works as per Contractor's program approved by the Consultants. report and record all works that are not carried out in accordance with the Contract drawings. maintain daily record of activities on site and summary of weekly activities/schedule. check on quality of materials delivered to site and report to the Consultants on any materials that are not conforming to Contract Specifications. assist consultants to verify all variations carried out on site. inspect completed works and report on defects. monitor progress of rectification works and ensure all defects are satisfactorily rectified. ensure that the Contractors maintain safety, cleanliness and tidiness of the site at all times. coordinate the relevant authorities and services departments on site matters. put up monthly progress reports as and when required by consultants. possess a strong understanding and able to carry out basic quantity taking for structural elements for cost comparison purposes.
