Qualifications



Resident Engineer to have a logbook which contains all records of activities i.e. inspection, attending meetings, etc. that will be monthly endorsed by Manager. The responsibility of the Resident Engineer shall be but not limited to the scope as follows:

To provide technical support for the devices during day-to-day operation and project implementation (if any) To be on-site at Office during normal working hours Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. To be on standby for working and non-working hours to attend incident, Disaster Recovery and troubleshooting if required. To act as subject matter expert and point of contact for communication, accountability, and escalation paths with the Technical Team on Level 3 support basis. To review devices incident ticket/support calls logged on monthly basis and provide strategic recommendations. To provide a health check and generate report on monthly basis. To provide on-going mentoring and products knowledge transfer and documentation with architecture, installation, and configuration of the products implemented. In the event of support issue, Resident Engineer would be able to coordinate with the principal (OEM) to expedite the resolution of the issues. To recommend best practices for device maintenance and perfume tuning and optimization to perform break-fix on existing devices and upgrading the firmware whenever required

Additional requirements:



Migration from Nexpose to Tenable.sc

: Manage and oversee the migration of vulnerability management systems from Nexpose to Tenable.sc, ensuring the smooth transition, minimal disruption, and full functionality post-migration. This includes:

Planning and executing the migration strategy from Nexpose to Tenable.sc. Ensuring proper configuration, installation, and integration of Tenable. Conducting testing and validation of Tenable.sc post-migration to ensure accuracy in vulnerability scanning and reporting. Providing training and knowledge transfer on Tenable.sc to relevant personnel.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
