Resident Engineers must have at least a bachelor\'s degree in computer science engineering or IT related degree.
Need to be good team players and must have expertise in automation solutions and diagnostics and troubleshooting.
Must be able to start work by January 2024

Responsibilities

Conduct daily activity based on:

Server monitoring via Manage Engine and Dynatrace
Generating daily report on server health and perform necessary housekeeping for storge on production servers.
Stop/Start application services during server patching.
Perform monthly patches and security patches on Wintel servers for PROD, UAT, DEV and DR environments
Perform server hardening for Wintel servers.
Perform vulnerability fix at OS level on Wintel servers.
Work closely and providing server access for vendors to troubleshoot issues that arise in server/application.
