Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma , Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma or Certificate in IT related field or equivalent
Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English

Responsibilities
Provide first-line support for hardware, software, and network issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in person, via phone, or through remote access tools.
Assist with the setup and configuration of new hardware and software.
Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks to ensure optimal performance.
Perform regular system checking based on schedule provided.
Document common issues and solutions to build a knowledge base for future reference
Generate and review reports on system performance and support activities.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards for data security.
Assist in implementing security measures and procedures to protect sensitive information
Be part of a team in developing systems, fixing problems or creating solutions.
Able to communicate your plans, thoughts, and rationale in your job
Ability to manage time, client and personnel
