Summary of Job: This job is responsible to assist Resident Engineer to manage the MYTV\xe2\x80\x99s equipment and Digital Terrestrial Television (DTT) services at respective region and to attend any Fault Trouble Ticket (FTT) raised by MYTV\xe2\x80\x99s System Operation Centre (SOC) regardless of the severity of the incident. Key Responsibilities: 1. Key person for the desired region team for second and third level support and corrective maintenance (CM) work. 2. Responsible to attend any Fault Trouble Ticket (FTT) raised by MYTV\xe2\x80\x99s System Operation Centre (SOC). 3. Assist Resident Engineer to perform the remote technical support on any operation issues at site. 4. Responsible to deliver, dismantle, install new spare part and retrieve faulty part for warranty claim or for repair works and re-install at sites. 5. Assist Resident Engineer to prepare and provide internal incident and root cause report for MYTV\xe2\x80\x99s Head Quarters (HQ) specialist to evaluate and analyse for next course of action. 6. Carry out Field Strength Measurement (FSM) exercise for transmission services. 7. Support/assist the Preventive Maintenance (PM) exercise. 8. Support/assist the audit work undertake by the HQ team. Requirement: Diploma of Engineering in Electrical/IT/Telecommunication 1-2 years of working experience Job Types: Full-time, Contract Salary: Up to RM2,800.00 per month Benefits:
