We are looking for candidates to join our Residential Sales team and would like to invite aspiring individuals to apply for the following role: Residential Assistant Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing a team of sales professionals to sell TRX Residential properties. Your primary goal is to drive revenue, meet sales targets, and ensure the successful sale of the units. Your duties include but not limited to: Lead, train, and motivate a team of residential sales agents, providing guidance and support to help them achieve sales goals. Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets, identify market trends, and adjust plans as necessary. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and providing excellent customer service. Stay informed about local real estate market trends, property values, and competitive pricing. Assist in complex negotiations and handle objections from buyers and sellers. Generate sales reports, track performance, and provide regular updates to senior management. Ensure all sales activities comply with company regulations and ethical standards. Requirements: A bachelor\'s degree is preferred with 5 years of experience in property luxury sales with proven track record and experience managing a team. Strong leadership and team management abilities to guide and motivate the sales team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members effectively. Strong understanding of real estate laws, regulations, and ethical standards with deep understanding of the luxury real estate market, including property values and trends. Knowledge of effective marketing strategies, both online and offline, to promote residential properties.
