Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as the Resort Event and PR Manager.As a Public Relations and Sales Event Manager, your primary responsibility is to develop and execute comprehensive strategies that promote our resort, boost revenue, and enhance our brand image. You will collaborate closely with the Sales & Marketing team to plan, organize, and oversee various events, both on-site and off-site, aimed at attracting guests, groups, and businesses. Responsibilities: 1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, influencers, and bloggers to secure positive press coverage. 2. Create press releases, media kits, and other materials to distribute to relevant media. 1. Handle crisis communications and manage any potential negative publicity. 2. Develop captivating marketing materials for events, including brochures, invitations, and digital promotions. 3. Leverage social media, email marketing, and other channels to effectively promote events and engage with potential clients. 4. Plan, coordinate, and execute various sales and promotional events designed to drive revenue. 5. Collaborate with the sales team to identify target markets and develop event concepts that align with resort sales goals. 6. Ensure seamless event execution and deliver excellent guest experiences 7. Collaborate closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for group bookings and corporate events. 8. Assist in crafting sales presentations and proposals to attract potential clients. 9. Attend industry trade shows and networking events to proactively promote the resort and establish connections with travel agents, event planners, and corporate groups. 10. Prepare thorough post-event reports and evaluations to measure the success of each event. 11. Analyze data to make data-driven decisions for future events and PR campaigns. 12.
