Job Description

We need candidate who can ESTABLISH educational based resort incompliance with SDG. Candidate must experiences in handling small team and using collaboration technique in developing resort business. At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Sales - Corporate or equivalent. Candidate must expect multitasking work since our company is still in start up mood. AsiaCamp provide EPF, SOCSO and SIP.

Main Duties

Oversee daily operations of the resort. Develop and implement strategies to improve guest experience and satisfaction. Manage and motivate resort staff, ensuring high levels of customer service. Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and standards. Create and manage budgets, track expenses, and report financial performance. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations. Communicate regularly with owners, investors, and other stakeholders.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
