Requirements & Responsibilities:

Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Professional Certificate in Business Studies/ Marketing/ Hospitality/ Tourism/ Hotel Management or equivalent. At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in hotel/resort industry and in management level. Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the brand and company's policies. Responsibilities include training, planning, assigning and directing activities/ events; evaluating performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Liaises and work closely with related operation departments ensuring guest's requests and expectations are being met. Review and assist to follow up on works related / guests review / feedback to maintain service standard at all times. To maintain and improve company's image and brand standards. Able to Stay In at resort. Good communication skills. Self discipline and independence.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
